What is User Evaluation?
User Evaluation is an AI platform for customer research. You collect data from real people, transcribe and analyze it, and ship reports, decks, and findings without leaving the product.
The product has two halves that share the same workspace.
Analyze
Drop in audio, video, text, PDF, or CSV. The transcriber, the AI agent, and the artifact tools take it from there.
You can:
- Chat with an agent that reads your files, runs comparisons, builds charts, drafts reports, and cites the exact transcript line for every claim.
- Get auto-generated insights and tags on every file.
- Build reports and slide decks from a brief, then edit them in place.
- Save clips of the moments you want to share, ready to download as MP4.
- Organize insights on a Kanban board to share or white-label.

Engage
When you don't have data yet, Engage gathers it for you.
You can launch:
- AI-Curated Interviews. An AI agent calls each participant over the web, asks adaptive follow-ups, and gives you a recording plus a transcript.
- AI-Curated Surveys. Chat-style surveys that probe deeper based on each answer.
- AI-Generated Surveys. Fixed-question surveys built from your brief.
- Live Interviews. Calls you host yourself; we handle invites, scheduling, recording, and transcription.

How both halves connect
Every Engage session lands in a project on the Analyze side. So the same chat agent, charts, reports, and clips work on participant data we recruited as well as files you uploaded yourself. One place for everything you're learning.
