Project Overview
A project holds related files and everything you build on top of them: chat threads, transcripts, insights, tags, clips, collections, reports, decks.
This page tours the project shell so you know where each feature lives.
The left sidebar
| Tab | What lives here |
|---|---|
| Chat | The AI agent. Ask questions, get answers grounded in your files. The default landing tab. |
| Files | Every file in the project. Open one to read the transcript, see insights, watch clips. |
| Outputs | A gallery of every artifact in the project: bar charts, pie charts, flowcharts, clips, reports, decks, cards. |
| Collection | A Kanban board for grouping insights. |
| Tags | Every tag across every file in one view. |
| Clips | Saved transcript snippets, ready to download. |
| Notes | Live notes from interview sessions, grouped by session, discussion-guide question, or tag. Hidden on the Free plan. |
| Upload | Add new files to the project. |
Collapse the sidebar with the chevron at the bottom; tab icons stay visible.
The top bar
The top bar holds:
- The project name (click to rename).
- Share. Open the share dialog for a public link or to invite teammates.
- Settings. Language, branding, deletion.
- The search bar and command-palette shortcut.
The asset viewer
Click any file to open the asset viewer on the right. You'll see an audio/video player, a PDF viewer, or a CSV table depending on the file type. Transcript, insights, and clips for that file appear next to the viewer.
You can:
- Click a transcript line to jump the player to that moment.
- Highlight text to make a clip or apply a tag.
- Edit a speaker name; the change applies to that speaker across the file.
The command palette
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows / Linux) inside any project. The command palette opens. Type to jump to any tab, file, thread, or another project.
Project files vs. workspace files
The Files tab shows files attached to this project. The workspace Files (media library) shows everything across all projects, plus anything you imported via integrations. Attach a media-library file to multiple projects without re-uploading it.
