Collections

The Collection tab is a single Kanban board of columns. Use columns to group findings by theme, by phase of a user journey, by persona, or by any axis that fits your research.

Each project has one board. Add a column with New column in the top right (or the dashed "Add your first column" tile when the board is empty).

Adding cards

Two ways to add a card:

  • Compose in a column. Click Add card at the bottom of a column, type an insight title and optional notes, and save.
  • From the chat agent's proposed insights. When you ask the agent to find insights or themes (its propose_insight_cards tool), it renders proposed cards inline in Chat. Each card has an Add to collection button; click it to drop the card into a column named after its category. "Add all" saves a whole category at once.

Organizing

  • Drag a card from one column to another to recategorize it.
  • Rename a column by clicking its title, or use the column menu's Rename.
  • Delete a column (and its cards) from the column menu.
  • Search the board with the search box in the header.

Each card holds:

  • An insight title and optional notes.
  • Tags, when present, shown as chips.
  • The source label it came from.

Click any card to open its detail view, where you can read the full notes, see metadata, and delete it.
