AI Presentations

A deck is a slide presentation the AI builds from your project files: title slides, summary slides, embedded charts, quote callouts, takeaways. Decks live in the Outputs tab alongside reports, clips, and charts.

The AI picks the slide count and structure based on your brief.

Creating one

Ask the chat agent. For example:

  • "Build a 7-slide deck for stakeholders, one slide per finding."
  • "Make a deck of the user journey, one slide per phase, with a quote on each."
  • "Pull the strongest insights into a short deck for the board."

The agent's draft_presentation tool runs; the deck streams into Outputs.

Editing

Decks open in a slide editor. Each slide has a title, bullet points, and speaker notes. You can:

  • Edit the title and bullets on any slide.
  • Add or remove bullets.
  • Add a new slide or delete one.
  • Edit speaker notes.

Edits autosave.

Exporting

From the deck's overflow menu:

  • Export to PowerPoint (PPTX) opens in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Create share link (then Copy share link) for a read-only public view at /public/:id.

Tips

  • Lead with the takeaway. "Make the case that we should invest in onboarding" yields a sharper deck than "summarize the interviews."
  • Aim for fewer slides. A tight 8-slide deck beats a sprawling 25-slide one. Specify length in your brief.
  • If one slide isn't right, ask the chat agent to rewrite it; then update the slide.
