Settings Overview

Open Settings from the top-right menu. The page is organized into horizontal tabs:

  • Account. Your name, email, account creation date, and a dark-mode toggle.
  • Organization. Workspace name and logo (used for white-labeling). This tab only appears for admins on a subscribed plan. See Organization.
  • Plan & usage. Your Analyze and Engage plan limits, current usage, and billing.
  • Team. Invite teammates and remove members.
  • Other. A catch-all tab holding several sections, see below.

The Other tab​

Everything that isn't a top-level tab lives under Other:

  • Custom Vocabulary ("Account custom vocabulary"). Domain-specific terms for the transcriber.
  • Email Preferences. Choose which categories of email you receive.
  • API Keys. Generate keys for the User Evaluation API.
  • API Usage. Totals, error rates, top endpoints, and a recent-request log for your API traffic.
  • Connected AI clients (MCP). OAuth-authorized AI clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code) with access to your workspace; revoke access here.
  • Delete account. Request account deletion.
