Account

The Account section in Settings holds your individual profile, separate from the workspace's organization-level settings.

Fields​

  • Name. Used in mentions, comments, and outgoing study branding.
  • Email. Your login email. Read-only here; write to support if you need to change it.
  • User Since. When you first joined.

The Account form also has a Dark Mode toggle for switching the app's theme.

Click Save Changes after editing your name.

Logging out​

The user menu in the top right of every page has a Log out option. You'll need to log back in on this device next time.

Deleting your account​

Delete your account from the Other sub-section of Settings. Permanent. Removes:

  • Your projects.
  • Your uploaded media.
  • Your past Engage studies and the transcripts they produced.

Export anything you want to keep first. See Download & Export.

Two accounts vs. one workspace​

If you and a colleague each have their own account, join the same workspace from the Team tab rather than uploading data to two accounts. See Team & Roles.
