Organization

Your organization is your User Evaluation workspace, the container shared by your team. The Organization tab only appears for admins on a subscribed plan, and editing the name or logo is a Plus feature (you'll hit a paywall otherwise).

Fields​

  • Organization name. Shows on shared report links, calendar invites, and white-labeled artifacts.
  • Organization logo. PNG or JPG up to 5 MB. Used to brand your public links and exports if you've enabled white-labeling.

Click Save changes to apply.

Where the logo shows up​

The organization logo appears on:

  • Public links to reports, decks, and collections (if white-labeling is on).
  • The participant-facing welcome page for studies you launch.
  • PDF and PPTX exports.

Upload a square or wide-rectangular image for best results. PNG supports transparency.

Multi-organization​

A User Evaluation account belongs to one organization at a time. If you need to operate two distinct workspaces (e.g. an agency working with two clients), use a separate account for each, or write to support about workspace switching for enterprise plans.
