Public Links
A public link is a read-only URL anyone can open, no User Evaluation account required. Use it to share a project, a report, or a deck with stakeholders.
What you can share
- A whole project: every file, transcript, insight, and artifact in it.
- A single report.
- A single deck.
Collections can't be shared.
Creating a link
For a whole project, click Share in the top bar to open the share dialog, then:
- Click Create link.
- Click Copy to copy the URL.
For a single report or deck, open it from the Outputs tab and pick Create share link from its actions menu. It copies to your clipboard; Copy share link copies it again later.
Links point to app.userevaluation.com/public/:id and are read-only. Viewers don't need an account.
Revoking a link
In the project share dialog, click Rotate link. This changes the URL, so the old link stops working. Re-copy and re-share the new URL with anyone who still needs access.
Privacy
Public links are public. Anyone with the URL can view the content. Treat the URL like a secret if your data is sensitive.
For internal-only sharing, invite teammates via Team & Roles. They get full edit access scoped by role.
What's not included
Even with a project public link, viewers don't see:
- Your Notes (private to your workspace).
- Your chat history (private).
- Other projects in your workspace.
White-labeling
Org branding is applied wherever white-labeling is supported. See White Labeling.
