Plans & Billing

User Evaluation pricing has two dimensions:

  • Analyze plan covers projects, transcription, storage, team seats.
  • Engage plan covers interviews and surveys you launch through Engage.

You can be on different tiers for each. Pick the right Analyze plan for the volume of data you process, and the right Engage plan for the number of participants you need each month.

Picking a plan

The pricing page lists current tiers and what's included.

In the app, Settings → Plan & usage shows your current plan and remaining budget. On a paid plan, click Manage subscription to open the Stripe portal and downgrade or cancel. The Upgrade plan button takes you to the plans page to pick a tier.

Free plan

The free plan is for trying the product:

  • 1 project of your own (the bundled sample doesn't count).
  • 10 messages per chat session.
  • Limited transcription minutes and storage.
  • No Engage budget.
  • No paid integrations.

You can stay on the free plan as long as you want. No credit card required.

Upgrading

Upgrade from Settings → Plan & usage → Upgrade plan. Stripe asks for card details and a tier. The upgrade is immediate; your usage limits jump as soon as the card is charged.

Downgrading

Downgrade from the same Manage subscription Stripe portal. Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Trials and refunds

A 7-day money-back guarantee covers first-time paid plans. Write to support@userevaluation.com within 7 days of your first payment if the product doesn't work for you.

Annual vs. monthly

Annual subscriptions cost less than monthly. Switch from monthly to annual at any time from the billing portal; the change takes effect on your next renewal.

Invoicing

Stripe issues invoices automatically and emails them on each payment. You can also download past invoices from the billing portal.

For larger teams, special compliance needs (BAA, custom DPA), or higher Engage volume than our public tiers, write to sales@userevaluation.com.
