Files (Media Library)

Your workspace's Files page (/files in the app) is the single library of every file you've uploaded across all projects, plus anything imported via integrations.

It's separate from a project's Files tab. The project tab shows files attached to one project. The workspace Files page shows everything in one place.

What you can do​

  • Browse every file in your workspace, with search and filters.
  • Preview any file in place. Audio plays, video streams, PDFs render, CSVs load as tables.
  • Tag files with workspace-level tags for organization.
  • Bulk-delete tags (with a confirmation step).

Adding files​

  • Upload. Drag and drop or pick from your computer.
  • Import. Pull from any connected integration.

Files added here are workspace-wide; you can attach them to any number of projects without duplicating storage.

Removing files​

Selecting one or more files and clicking Delete removes them from your workspace permanently. If a file is currently attached to a project, you'll be warned before deletion.

Deleting a file breaks any clip, tag, or insight that references it. Export anything you want to keep first.

Storage​

Total storage is metered and shown on Settings → Plan & Usage. Each plan tier has a cap; clear out old files if you're approaching the limit.
