Search

Workspace Search (/search in the app) is a global search across your workspace's files, insights, and reports. One box.

Powered by full-text plus semantic indexing, so you can search by exact phrase or by intent.

Tabs​

The search page has four tabs:

  • All. Combined results from every category.
  • Files. File matches (transcripts, documents, CSVs).
  • Insights. AI-generated insights across all projects.
  • Reports. Generated reports.

Searching effectively​

  • Phrase search works as you'd expect. "pricing concern" matches that phrase exactly.
  • Loose phrasing also works. Semantic matching surfaces results that don't contain those exact words but are about the idea. frustrated about price finds matching content.
  • Project context. Every result shows which project it's from. Click to jump straight to the source.

Keyboard shortcuts​

  • ⌘K opens the command palette for in-project navigation. Different from search; the palette is for jumping, search is for finding content.
  • Press Enter in the search box to run your query.

Limits​

  • Search is scoped to your workspace. It doesn't cross workspaces.
  • Newly uploaded files become searchable once their analysis pass completes (5 to 15 minutes).
  • Deleted files drop out of search immediately.
