Creating a Kanban Collection of Insights
This guide walks through grouping insights into a Kanban board.
1. Open the Collection tab
Open the project's Collection tab. The board is organized into columns.
2. Build your columns
Click New column (or the dashed column at the end of the board) and give it a title. Rename a column by clicking its title; delete it from the column's menu (three dots).
Columns are how you frame the data: by theme, by user-journey phase, by persona, by frequency. Pick whatever axis fits your study.
3. Add cards
Two ways to add cards:
- Compose in a column. Click Add card at the bottom of a column. Type an insight title and optional notes, then Add card.
- From chat. Ask the agent for insights (e.g. "What are the top pain points?"). When it proposes insight cards under Proposed insights, click Add to collection on the ones you want. See Getting AI Insights.
4. Move cards between columns
Drag a card from one column to another to recategorize.
5. Open a card
Click any card to open it. You can read its notes, tags, source, and metadata, or delete it.
